Schenk was our Loan Officer. What a wonderful job he did. From the onset he was
not only informative, but kept us apprised at all times. When we called him, he
was quick to respond. Ours was not an easy refinance, but Michael worked with
us to the bitter end, when the Title Company's overnight service delivered the
disbursement check to the wrong address. We knew this was not Michael's fault,
but when we called him when the check did not arrive, he immediately called the
Title Company to affect a resolution and then followed up with a phone call to
ensure we were satisfied and received the disbursement. It is rare in this day
to receive such service and we really appreciate it. Considering the criteria
in which an employee is deemed "outstanding", I would highly recommend Michael
